Poor after sales service

Absolutely terrible customer service, no feedback on queries. Wrong advice, always pushed from one area to the next. Wait for hours just to speak to someone. I regret moving from my current ISP whi had bad service to Mweb who has worse service. Was told 2 days and 6 days later I am being told to wait 24 to 48 hours.
