POOR ACCOUNTS SERVICES!!

I have always heard of people saying MWEB does not have the best of services. a month ago I called in because I had been getting debit orders of R50.00s for the past 3 -4 months whereby all my payments were made by or before the 23rd. On that month I spoke to 2 very understanding Billing and Sales Agents who understood everything and I was promised that they will credit it on my account. When I checked my app this morning again I am being charged for a debit order that did not run after I specifically requested it to be removed. The lady I spoke to this morning in the billing department Warda Adrien showed no empathy or tried no way to assist with this as I had called 3 times before today regarding this.
