**** POOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am highly disappointed in MWEB. My initial experience and service from MWEB was outstanding and I recommended MWEB to everyone I spoke to. Then I upgraded my package and have had extraordinarily poor service from booth my internet connection and assistance to fix my issue since..... No one helps, No one calls back, you cant get hold of anyone by phone, NOTHING!!!!!!!! I pay for 75Mbs Download and 50Mbs upload. I get, since the upgrade, between 2 to 23 Mbs download... It is never within reasonably constant figures as FIBER should be. But upload ranges from 60 to 100Mbs..... How the hell!!!!! I keep shearing my test info via the app. Keep trying to call. Keep logging issues on the app. But NO assistance!!!! NICE MWEB! NICE!!
