Poor

I recently signed up with Mweb 12 December2024, I paid the R249 for processing of the application, since then no one contacted me for installation until 7 January 2025 they came and install the fibre box were was already a line in from that time I was waiting for the router box that a week later I called them the same day for activation they said it will take 72 hours 3 days later phone them again they said they logged the call again I must wait again 72 hours again a waited a another week past still nothing so at that time a iam frustrated phone them again this time for cancel till now no one called for the there router I phoned them 3 times now to come and collect their router they are doing it on purpose so that you must pay for the whole installment they are very poor company and you have to wait for everything with them think twice before going to mweb
