Seriously poor service I have order LTE router from them, approximately three weeks ago. They delivered the router but not the sim card, I try contacting them holding on for 30 min eventually the send the sim card a week later.

I follow the instructions they suggested for activation, their reply was 24 to 48 hrs its now been 4 days and still nothing i would like one of the senior management to contact me urgently.
