Please don't waste your time and money with mweb

I had opted to purchase a fibre package with mweb and had made the purchase. While waiting for my fibre to come up with them knowing what complexities I was going through... They had not given me any service and had debitted almost R4000 off my account in which they haven't refunded me. They said that they would be creditting me, its been 3 weeks and have just debitted off my creditted amount again. Basically *****ing my money. The agent I was dealing with ignores my emails and does not care as they just get the sale... after that they don't care. PLEASE DO NOT USE MWEB! I'm currently still waiting for my fibre service... they don't even make an effort to contact you as a customer.
