Please cancel my contract

I cancelled my subscription twice in December 2019 as I was immigrating to singapore. Twice to ensure that it was cancelled. I even asked for a cancellation letter. 15 January 2020 I now have two statements for december and january 2020. For what? Please can someone email me or call me as I have tried a number times to call *** option 4 for accounts and it says that due to unforeseen circumstances you cannot answer the phone. ???? Really???
