Please call me to cancel my month to month contract

If I could give mweb a 0 I would. Been a client of theirs for 3 years. Their billing depth is *********** and unprofessional. Spoke to a lady on Friday she was rude and sarcastic. And right before I called them I was on the line with another ISP who offered a cheaper package that I declined because MWEB has always given great service. Called billing again today was on hold 15 min asked for a call back gave all details including cell no and no call back was done. Your service is pathetic
