Please beware of mweb
This is one trouble company to deal with. Last year December I pay my subscription early 15th of December. I call them and told them that I have paid them and don't run the debt order. 3rd of January they run a debt order. These guys canceled my service. They didn't even release my line. For me to get another service provider. I took up a new contract again. Now they are asking for r999. Upfront fees to get me active. This is a ******* company to deal with. People out there please be very careful about this company.

07 Feb 2025, 10:46I am trying to resolve the issue. And I am not getting any joy from mweb. I even sign a new contract. Which I was told to pay r249. Which I paid. The box was delivered to me. I never used the there service yet. The line is not active I have to pay upfront fees to start using their services. Which company does this.
