Please avoid Mweb at all costs

Mweb advertises double line speed when applying for Fibre on their website which you can apply for.It is still available today 18 August but i am told the special ended in July.If you advertise it and can select it as a option to buy then MWEB you need to honour that commitment. You cannot log a query on their portal since the page breaks when submitting the query.You can't cancel since you hold on so long the line drops.(after 20 minutes)
