Pior service by Mweb

I am a mweb client for at least 10 years. I have now moved to Pomona in Kempton park. In this area they use frogfoot fibre. This sevice they supply is a 60/30 mbps. However I have never tested the upload speed avove 30 mbps and download more than 5 mbps. They service was also off line for more than 5 days this month. Mweb refuses to adress the matter. They are becoming as useless as telkom.
