PICK UP YOUR ROUTER FOR THE 100TH TIME!!!!

You have failed to respond to my complaint which very much aligned with your appalling customer service.

Since I have long cancelled I have also requested numerously for you guys to pick up your router.I have contacted so many technicians which call to install.I indicate that I have cancelled and that they should uplift the router. To date nothing at all.I will not pay for that router because you fail to uplift it.You guys are beyond useless!!!!
