Phishing email bombardment
MWEB please explain 1. Why numerous people are for about a week now getting hundreds , yes hundreds of phishing email sent through your system. 2. Why has there been absolutely no public statement or information shared about this serious security breach. Basically I no longer trust MWEB email security and MWEB integrity. 3. Why is it impossible to get hold of MWEB. Called the call centre countless times, wasted hours of airtime doing so to listen to your pathetic recording. But call sales and its answered in minutes. As soon as they hear its about the phishing saga they cut the call. Tried all other suggested by yourselves methods and am no further than when I first tried contacting you without success. How can you treat loyal customers like this.

Mweb is aware of the issue and is actively working to minimise the impact as we speak. Our spam monitoring system has also been updated to learn from emails that customers move to their Junk folder. If you receive suspicious emails, please move them to Junk rather than deleting them, as this helps the system recognise and block similar threats in the future.Additionally, if you have entered any personal details on websites linked in those suspicious emails, we strongly recommend changing your email password immediately to protect your account. We understand your concerns about communication and the lack of public updates. While the technical team is working on this internally to address the situation and improve email security, we acknowledge that we could have communicated more proactively, and we appreciate your patience while improvements are being implemented.
We’re committed to restoring your confidence in Mweb email security and ensuring you have reliable support.Kind regards,

But in your automated response you state:
"Should you require any further assistance or support, please feel free to reach out to us and we'll gladly assist.
Kind regards,
The Mweb Team"
But how can we do that when there is zero response to any form of communication sent to you.
