Perfect transition to fibre.

I had to change to fibre but I had previous experiences with cellphone contracts so I was very wary of a smooth transition to another ISP.

I went with M Web because the deal was good & they had a fair reputation. They promised free router, unlimited 10gb/s download speed, free installation, free connection, free activation, 2 months free & a 2gb mailbox for R629pm.

Installation was quick & smooth & I was up & running far easier & sooner than I expected. Speeds were as advertised and I had no "dropping" which was the curse of my DSL connection.

The billing was as explained & no additional charges just the pro rata account for usage, I expected some wrangling over charges but all went as advertised.

I have 2 months usage now without a hitch. Well done M Web, I'm really pleased & surprised at the seamless transition.
