Pending Order??

I have nothing bad to say yet. However, I placed an order 15 days ago, my order has not been touched, nor have I been contacted. when trying to make a new enquiry it does not let me choose a category, I have also tried phoning and I haven't been able to get to anyone without the phone ringing or the call being dropped.

So I would say that it isn't going to well so far.
