Payment Taken, But No Service Delivered

I subscribed to one of Mweb’s LTE options on March 25th, assisted by a representative. The payment was debited from my account on March 26th, but as of April 4th, I have yet to receive my SIM card.

The Rica link provided did not work, so I downloaded the Mweb app and uploaded the required documents there. Since then, I have tried reaching out multiple times via live chat and email—more than seven times—but only received a single response. In that reply, I was advised to email the same documents I had already uploaded to ***, which I did immediately. However, I have yet to receive any further communication regarding the delivery of my SIM card or any next steps.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The payment was processed without issue, yet the service has not been delivered, and communication has been severely lacking. I hope Mweb will address this promptly.
