Payment but no installation

Good day In the beginning of July I paid R399 to have my Fibre reconnected at 635/17 Olienhout street Eldorado Park, ext 3, , to date no feedback or installation has taken place,I would like to cancel and get refunded as I went with another service provider as the word urgency does not apply to them.
