Paying for premium service that can't be accessed!
I signed up for MWEB's fiber connection after being a dial up and ADSL customer of their's for years, and went for the 100Meg deal, which includes a free router.
The router that arrived is a cheap Chinese unit that is totally unsuitable for the job and cannot be used at speeds anything like the incoming line is capable of.
After complaining to MWEB, I was contacted by Clayton Solomon with reference *** and I was told \this is the router that we give everyone and we'll fetch it if your're not going to use it\"
How utterly direspectful and ********, to treat a premium customer as if they are doing me a favour.
I've also tried contacting the company via Facebook, and while they do reply, nothing actually transpires.
If nothing has occured by close of business on Tuesady 22nd, I will be terminating my account.

"
