PAYING FOR MWEB NON SERVICE.I BEG OF YOUR SERVICE

I app**** for Fiber for MWEB last week and the router was delivered last Saturday and still we are without internet access. I need MWEB to come and collect their router and reverse the debit on my bank account. How can I debited for service not rendered? It took more than a month for them to deliver the router after requesting their services but I just brushed it off and recaptured a new application last week and finally they came. It looks like I must beg for their service. I regret for not opting for the services of VUMA or Rain. MWEB,PLEAE I BEG FOR YOUR SERVICE. I AM disappointed in your service.
