Paying for internet I am not USING

MWEB your billing services are pathetic! I have asked you to cancel my subscription in February 2021. I received a call from you only ONCE but I was busy at the time your representative called. I was told that another agent would call me or I should expect an email to cancel the subscription. It is now March 31, 2021. I have never ever received a call nor email communique from you as promised. I never ever get to speak to an agent when I call the call centre. I am paying for internet I am not USING. What the hell??!! You need to sort this out NOW!
