paying for a service that i do not receive
Its now been one year that MWEB is deducting a debit order amount for a 4 meg line but we do not even receive a 2 meg line.<br> Is this legal for MWEB? Can MWEB charge for a service that they do not provide? This is now been going on for twelve months!<br>
