PAYING FOR A NON SERVICE!

I have been paying for an entire year for something I have not been able to use!!!! My Office365 and AVG is still NOT activated. The license key you supp**** says it has already been used. So am I to assume that someone within your useless organisation has given my license key to someone else to use?????? Everytime I call your help desk, they say they cant help me and are going to transfer me.....RIGHT!!!! Thats where the next agent just hangs up on me.
