Paying for 50mbps R749 but line speed is below 10mbps, unacceptable!!!

I am very disappointed in mweb, I tried calling, I was on hold for a hour and no one answered my call, I did a web query, I did an wmail query and no one responds. I am currently pay R749 for 50mbps upload and 50mbps download, for months my line speed has been below 10mbps, the only way I could mweb to call me is when I canceled my contract last week. My cancelation is 30 days, I. Stuck with little to no wifi for the next 30 days and I had to pay the full price. I want to be refunded because this is unacceptable.
