Paying for 200 mbps and o ly getting 30mbps..

My name is Sheldon, ive had constent issues with my wifi,i pay for a 200 mbps line and it only runs up to 30 mbps and then also on top of that my wifi keeps going down for like an hour or two a day, and when i call them they just put the phone down, so can you guys please just help me there is not ****ing reason why you cant just call me and help me
