Paying for 10 Mbs line Getting 0.40 mbs line!

Paying 1K a month for a 10 meg line that constantly runs at ****ing 0.40Mb/s .... This is absolute bull**** I have internet for online gaming. I pay for the damn service so I should ****ing get it. SERIOUSLY!!! Since I got my line there have been constant fluctuations. If a customer is paying for a line speed give them the line speed dont duck and dodge and come here with your fair usage **** because thats what it is. ****! Worst ISP I have ever had. Even my LTE with Neotel was better and that was a 4meg line and had better consistency than your so called 10 meg line ... **** you guys are useless!
