Paying 50mbps speed getting 20mbps mweb sucks

Yet no response from Mweb you know if I didn't have to settle with you guys for another year I would have left cause I can't understand how I'm paying so much for a 50mbps line and have 6mbps and 12mbps when we do a speed test it's taking me 15min to download a 150mb file on my phone this must be a joke right I'm not even getting half of a 50mbps speed but I'm paying for it I mean really I'm getting throttle speed so why not rather charge me 30mbps speed amount then cause I wouldn't charge people so much for a 50mbps like and only give them not even half the speed and not even have the desency to contact them to clarify why **** if I get this bad reviews for my company I would try and at least do something about it I wouldn't really recommend you guys to anybody as I hear componies that are not as big as you guys are giving people way better service should be ashamed to charge people so much for such ****ty service
