Payed money but have not gotten installation

I placed an order for installation on the 31st of July 2024 and made payment immediately. I have called multiple times and my calls are not going through.

I only got one email which is the payment confirmation through payfast I got the reference number and the charge on my statement appears as “PF VUMA” Mweb”. I have not gotten any information as to when I’ll get the installation no communication whatsoever. I would never recommend Vuma Mweb to anyone bad service
