Pay the account but don't expect a service

So disappointed with mweb service. My husband passed away end of Aug 2021. Ii formed them and the advice was keep the account as is and just keep on paying every month. Now I have a problem with no internet access but do have wifi. I poned technical support just to hear they cannot assist because account is not in my name. Paying R790 a month but cannot receive support services.
