WHAT A ****TY SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM MWEB.

I requested for a downgrade on my plan I spoke to Zizipho on the 03-05-2025 and she gave me assurance that she will give me a call back, did she ? NO SHE DID NOT!!! ALL the agents I spoke to are telling me about my issue being escalated. Another thing its takes a whole 45 mins to talk to someone who is not going to help you. Can my service be activated or just cancel this whole thing and let me get another service provider
