Pathetic, Useless Service

I see an all too common thread in other peoples reviews. My fibre line has been installed and live for three weeks, with no action on Mweb's part. Finally I had to sit on their automated answering service for 20 minutes to get hold of someone, before they sent me the router. Now the router's here, and the account isn't active. Again on the highly irritating answering service, then passed between tech, sales, billing and installations, and still nobody has done anything to activate the account! Why did I not go with Afrihost?!
