Pathetic Tech support or non-support

Pathetic Tech support or non-support! I have not had internet for the whole weekend. You would hope that the private sector will be just one manute inch better than than public sector. Alas, same *******!!!! Burned my whole months airtime and then some talking to these *****s. I have burned up an additional data bundle working on line. How does one claim for all those unnecessary expenses. Vumatel is equally pathetic. If you can stay away from M-web, do yourself a favour and just do that. Do not touch the incompetence that rules and reigns in that company with an ion rod 1000m long! Annoyed, flabbergasted and downright helpless!!!!
