Pathetic support from MWEB

Have been without email since migration for more than 30 days. Emails > 20 sent, spent >10 hours on hold on numerous calls, then get cut off at number 2 whilst on hold, no response from live chat on-line !!! Have had to delete >300,000 duplicate emails ! This is pathetic service par excellence - there is no way of contacting them and I paid my monthly subscription in advance for a year. Can anyone please help ?
