Pathetic support center and systems

The mweb service center is just pathetic when it comes to servicing their clients. All they care about is just getting our money and not giving us value for money. Their systems do as they please and when you need to get through to mweb with a query, it becomes a nightmare, no call agents available or you hold on until Jesus comes.
