PATHETIC SERVICES AND OVERCHARGING

this is absurt! We had to pay a cancelation fee off R1800 although we did not cancel but only moved addresses. No work needed to be done at the new address as there was already fibre installed. After holding the line for about 20mins and spoke to a client care agent about this she dropped the call on us. This is pathetic services now they want me to pay R 2400 for everything... Not happy at all!!!
