Pathetic services

Very unprofessional pathetic service consultants! Mweb is a ****! I paid for an installation already on the 9th of January and its the 12 of February 2025 and to date i have been making constant follow ups between Mweb and Vumatell!! And nobody knows what they are doing as u speak to different consultants everyday and they send you from pillar to post. Can i please request that an urgent enquiry by the independent communications authority of South Africa intervene as a matter of urgency as the consultants would put you on hold for endless hours and come back to tell you basically that they are clueless about their job.. If Mweb sees this please make means to contact me my ticket number is ***0- OVR-***. I am sick and tires to have to follow up and you guys just dont give a damn. I am hellbent in marching to your offices so please have my subscription cancelled and my money refunded
