Pathetic Services

Mweb's services has gone down the drain, it seems. Either you can't get through on the tel lines for various reasons, one of which being when it prompts you to enter an OTP but they never send the OTP. When trying to have my password reset on the app - the pin they sent - returns an error. This is absolutely pathetic and I may need to reconsider and look for a provider that actually provides good services.
