Pathetic SERVICE! WORST i've ever experienced!

I have spoken to 17 consultants, for 2 hours. via email and via telephone. Each one tells me a different solution and to my query and keeps passing me from one deprtment to the next. Each one passing the buck onto the other. Each one worse than the previous consultant before! Worst service i've everexeperineced in my entire lifetime! BAD, DISGUSTING attitude from consultants! NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Still no resolution 4 hours later!
