Pathetic service with Mweb

Hi, My account is supposed to be deactivated.

I spoke with many agents since december to deactivate my account as you cannot provide me service in my new address. I have paid cancellation fee already.

Agents keep on hanging up when I'm on hold

My last conversation where an agent dropped on me while placing me on hold is today at 12h55. What a pathetic service!!!!! Deactivate my account, I'm now using RAIN.
