Pathetic service vumatel and mweb

I had appalling service, firstly mweb sends me there cheapest router and refusing to exchange it than petunia from vumatel calls me to make an installation date and time I agreed and rescheduled which she agreed upon for 1st April 2.30pm How no technician came and when I called petunia she refused to answer I called mweb apparently they need to find out what's happening while we waiting like fools than they need a technician to schedule a new date I emailed the sales rep at mweb whom I dealt with Dylan he responds he will call me back his in a meeting and guess what no call and petunia I called her over 6 times she didnt bother this is the service I get before even starting with mweb its utter nonsense and the service level is beyond pathetic so what now I got to wait till after easter for it to be sorted why because Dylan and Petunia are *********** not only did they not exchange the router they didnt bother installing or even contact me I would like someone in management to contact me asap and apparently mweb doesnt know whos there manager
