Pathetic Service - Trust me !!!

I beg anyone who reads this message, not to make use of Mweb for Fibre or Internet Services.

When you want to cancel your services/contract, they email you generic template emails. They don't cancel your subscription... debit orders go off... and massive penalty fees.

Absolute pathetic service.

I do not want any agent or representative to contact me with a lame excuse.
