Pathetic service .... Still no internet!

I have been Waiting for two months for my route and to get a technician to come and install. I have been getting the run around from call centre and I'm just GATVOL!!!!!!! I've tried to cancel my order with you guys, but I can't because there is a 30day cancellation period before I can apply at another provider which doesn't make sense! Pathetic service truly horrified by mweb!
