Pathetic service request for a simple activation.

Still no callback as promised since Thursday last week. Truly pathetic. It has been a struggle to get a MTN sim activated for over 8 months now. I am paying for a router I cannot use, wow MWeb, I am really not impressed with your after sale service to activate a sim card!!!
