Pathetic service provider and all its employees

Pathetic service and same excuse all the time.

I moved almost 2 years ago and got a new SIM card but every month their LTE gives me problems every single month end. Live chat is useless and pointless you wait almost an hour waiting for someone to be connected to you.

You dial in and wait another 2 hours and they give you the same pathetic line “give it 1hour to 2hours it will reconnect” and it never does.

Same excuse that mtn locked my SIM card but the whole month I have been using the very same SIM card.

The service is pathetic and the fees increase every month and all you get after spending so much money on a call is “sorry for the inconvenience”
