Pathetic service provider

The worst damn service. I am moving, they told me I could just change my address and it would be moved over, then I was told I need to cancel and reconnect at the new house. I then canceled, they told me it would be canceled the 31 August 2021, I was then called a week later to say I will only be canceled 30 September 2021. Which now means I need to pay for a service I won't be using and a new server, so I am payingdouble. They had to get back to me, guess what I'm still waiting. I called this morning and waisted a R100 airtime because this stupid recording kept playing with no answer. Their online service is also pathetic because you can't even change banking details.
