Pathetic Service (or lack thereof)

Not sure why I must allocate a star. After 27 years as a loyal customer, Mwen=b seems to have lost my email account. They are completely unavailable, after several unsuccessful phonecalls, I am now trying their chatbot. I have been waiting for 30 minutes now. It keeps coming back with stupid fuzzy messages, no time attached to how long I have to wait in the queue
