Pathetic Service on MWEB

I've had the worst service ever from this company, I regret why I left Rain for them. Whenever you have a problem, you're being sent from Pillar to Post, or no one knows how to fix the problem and the extended waiting periods on hold while waiting to be connected not mentioning the call back option that seems to take forever as well as the aftersales department that is non existence. Pathetic Really!!!
