Pathetic Service on FTTH

Absolutely pathetic! I app**** for a fibre at a new premises on the 2 of Jan 2023. after 6 calls to request an installation date, which, mind you has an average hold time of 20 minutes, all I get is, escalation after escalation after escalation. Nobody has the intellect to problem solve. Nobody has the ability to assist you. They just know ONE PHRASE - ESCALATE. absolutely pathetic!
