Pathetic service. No resolution whatsoever.

MWEB doesn't want to provide me with the letter of termination of service after so many months of my internet being down. They have sent technicians many times without any resolution. I urgently need a provider that works my business is suffering without connection and the other provider requires cancellation letter from the previous provider.
