Pathetic service MWEB

I signed up for fibre with MWEB more than 2 weeks ago. To date I have made the initial first payment as well as the pro rata amount required, mind you, still no Fibre! I received my router but no technician has come out to install the ONT box! Endless calls to the call centre, if they answer it's your lucky day, endless emails, live chats and still no resolution. I can't believe that a company of this scale can render such pathetic service, even with explaining the urgency as a remote worker! Given all the bad reviews here, they seem to be making to effort to improve!
