On A Call With Ash who refuses to provide his Surname. The consultants refuse to transfer to a Manager. Samantha Swails is always telling her consultants that she is in a meeting. I am waiting for Activation from the 30 April 2024. They have not returned a single call of mine or sms me, or sent an email confirming my escalation. Does anybody know how I can report this company. They just dodge their customers and the manager does not ever return calls.
